Data Processing Addendum

Where MudraID processes personal data on behalf of a customer — for example, data that flows through Mudra Gateway logs or bot/agent metadata a customer submits — a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs that processing, alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Our DPA is available on request. Email privacy@mudraid.ai and we'll send the current version for signature.

What a DPA generally covers

A MudraID DPA is intended to address, at minimum:

  • The subject matter, duration, and nature of processing.
  • Processing only on the customer's documented instructions.
  • Security measures applied to personal data.
  • Use of subprocessors — see our current Subprocessors list.
  • International data transfers and applicable transfer mechanisms.
  • Assistance with data subject rights requests.
  • Deletion or return of personal data at the end of the relationship.
  • Notification in the event of a personal data incident.

This list describes the areas our DPA is designed to cover. It isn't the DPA itself and isn't a substitute for the signed document — request the current version at privacy@mudraid.ai for the terms that apply to your account.
